We provide a 30-day return period from the date of purchase. If you’re not in love with the Y4 after 30 days you can return it for a full refund.
Return shipping costs will be at the expense of the purchaser.

- Order number
- Product
We try to respond on the same business day as your enquiry.
Your refund will be processed once your return has arrived at our warehouse. Please allow from 3-5 business days for this process to be completed.
